Glad you’re asking! Let's imagine a sustainable circle, from our everyday office work, to the way we make our products, the way we sell it, pack it, ship it, nothing is left behind. No plastic, no waste.

To name few examples, our decorations (for our market stall, our products shooting...) are from second hand sources. We use aluminium and glass jars for our products. We ship plastic free, with re-used boxes, biodegradable cellulose tape. Our labels are printed on recycled paper, vegetable-based inks, we work with an amazing local eco-friendly printer. And the list goes on!

where does your ingredients are coming from?

Our ingredients are 100% natural, mostly organic and vegan, all from sustainable and fair-trade sources. You know what you put on your skin as everything is written and explained. We choose each ingredient carefully, and buy as much as possible in Australia. We also have suppliers from India, Asia and Europe, and working hard to keep it local.

any certifications?

We’d love to apply for some certifications, as the Organic one, Vegan, Cruelty-Free, and some sustainable ones. Thing is, it’s a lot of investments which are not possible for now. As a small local business, it’s hard to put money in all the evolution that we'd love to have, and we need to make choices. Our top priority is to invest in our best quality ingredients. Hopefully we’d be able to apply for certifications in the next couple of months.

the texture of the products are changing, is that ok?

Sure! This happens with natural balms, oils, due to temperature fluctuations. It doesn't affect the effectiveness of the products. We don’t use anything artificial to stabilize our products, they can become oily in very warm or humid weather and become harder /grainy in cold weather. 

how do you ship plastic free?

We ship everything 100% plastic free in an up-cycled or 100% post-consumer box with paper wrapping and paper tape (or biodegradable cellulose tape). All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable or/and compostable. 


Delivery is carbon neutral as we work with Sendle (Australia's first carbon neutral delivery service) to post your orders. Sendle cannot deliver to Australia Post post offices.


Free. Soins Du Corps is not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service or packages that are marked as Delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item, however, if the claim is not approved by the carrier, products will not be replaced. 

Any packages returned to us due to complications from the recipient (unclaimed, wrong address, undelivered), will result in a refund to the customer for all inventory that is not delivered. Unfortunately, because the shipping label purchased was used in these circumstances, we will not refund shipping costs or taxes.

what is your cancellation policy?

Once an order is placed and payment is received, we are not able to process a cancellation and refund. We encourage all of our customers to heavily research products before purchasing. 

what is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds, however, if you have any issues with your product, please email us at sayhellotolydia@gmail.com and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes 2 - 5 business days to prepare your order, then 4 - 10 business days for your order to arrive depending on your area (same state as us, New South Wales, will be quicker, other ones and international longer).

how doES “return & save” service works?

Return & Save is a service which helps to reduce waste. You have the possibility to return your jar/bottle and order a new body treat. This service is available when you come to visit us on market day, and online. Great news: shipping is on us!

Return your jar/bottle at our stall, you’ll get your new body treat at a reduced price!

Your jar/bottle must be clean, and in good condition (see condition required just below).


Please note

  • Service is available only for customer with an account. We need your complete details (full name, email, address) to process the service. If you’re ordering without a customer account, your order will be automatically cancelled.

  • If you miss the first parcel pick up, second time will be charged. If the second time is missed, your order will be automatically cancelled, no refunds.

  • Returned jar/bottle must be in good conditions: empty, clean, no scratches. If we noticed poor conditions, your order will be cancelled, no refunds.

Instructions to enjoy the Return & Save service online:

You bought previously one of our body treat and wish a new one. Thanks for choosing the Return & Save system! Simply follow the instructions:

  • Step 1: Add your body treat in your shopping bag.

  • Step 2: Take your time to finish your shopping.

  • Step 3: On the checkout page, insert your email and log in to your customer account. Make sure you provided all your details (Full name, email, address - required).

  • Step 4: Insert “FREESHIPRETURN” as discount code at check-out.

  • Step 5: Check your email: as soon as we receive your order, we’ll contact you in 2/4 business days to set up a pick up window date for your parcel. (Don’t miss it, available one time only!). Second time, shipping fees will be charged.

  • Step 6: Print your shipping label, get your parcel ready for pick up, jar/bottle all clean and in good condition (see conditions in Note just above).

  • Step 7: As soon as we receive your parcel, we’ll send your new body treat to you!

  • Enjoy - Return - Repeat…et voila!
